The Phoenix (Sicma) TE series is a heavy-duty hydraulic flail mower built for operators who need precision control, safe operation, and long-term reliability. Manufactured in Italy by Sicma. Designed for tractors in the 30–60 HP range and excels in demanding applications like roadside maintenance, orchards, fence lines, ditch banks, and large property management.
Equipped with hydraulic side shift, the TE series allows you to offset the mower from the tractor seat while mowing—making it easy to work tight areas without repeated repositioning. A reinforced gearbox with overrunning clutch protects the PTO driveline, while the full-width adjustable rear roller maintains a consistent cutting height across uneven terrain.
Comes standard with Y Blades, which is the preferred blade for cutting manicured graass.
Hammer blades sold separately. Hammer blades combined with rear shredder tines deliver aggressive cutting and fine mulching, breaking down grass, weeds, and brush into fast-decomposing material. Front debris guards enhance operator safety, making this mower a smart choice for areas where control and protection matter.
