The Farm-Maxx SPA-2/T “Baby” 2 Row Potato Planter is a compact, mechanically driven planter designed to increase productivity for small to mid-size farming operations. Ideal for small plots, terraced land, and specialty crop growers, this dual-row unit improves planting efficiency while maintaining consistent spacing and depth control.
Built for tractors up to 25 HP, the SPA-2/T delivers reliable performance without requiring PTO power, making it simple to operate and maintain.
Dual Row Planting Efficiency
Plant two rows at once to significantly reduce field time while maintaining uniform spacing and depth. The adjustable coulters create clean furrows, and a cup-chain delivery system places each tuber accurately at the desired planting depth.
Adjustable Plant Spacing
Seeding distance can be quickly adjusted using interchangeable pinions.

- 16″
This flexibility allows growers to match planting density to crop goals and soil conditions.
Consistent Soil Coverage
Two adjustable rear discs close the furrow and provide variable soil coverage for proper tuber protection and improved emergence.
