Cutting Width

Enorossi BT Rotary Drum Mower – 5'5" & 6'1" Cutting Widths | Built for Stony Ground

Cut clean and cut tough with the Enorossi BT Rotary Drum Mower – a rear-mounted drum mower engineered for high-quality cutting performance even in stony and rough ground conditions. Available in two working widths – 5'5" (1.65m) BT 165 and 6'1" (1.85m) BT 185 – the BT delivers reliable, efficient mowing for small to mid-size haymaking and pasture maintenance operations.

High-speed cutting drums provide an excellent quality of cut, while the mechanical safety device protects the mower from damage when it strikes obstacles – the mower rotates backward to absorb the impact and automatically resets when you reverse. Standard lightening springs transfer weight from the mower to the tractor, reducing ground pressure for a cleaner cut with less turf damage.

Available Models

  • BT 165 – 5'5" (1.65m) cutting width, Category I & II 3-point hitch
  • BT 185 – 6'1" (1.85m) cutting width, Category II 3-point hitch

Key Features

  • High-Speed Cutting Drums
Deliver excellent cut quality in grass, hay, and heavy vegetation – even on stony or rough ground where disc mowers struggle.
  • Mechanical Safety Device
When the mower hits an obstacle, it rotates backward to absorb the impact. Reverse the tractor and the safety system reactivates automatically, returning the mower to working position.
  • Quick Blade Replacement System
Press the knife disc down with the included tool and swap blades quickly and safely – minimizing downtime in the field.
  • Lightening Springs
Transfer load from the mower to the tractor, reducing ground pressure for cleaner cutting and less turf damage.
  • Heavy-Duty 3-Point Hitch
Attaches easily to tractors with Category I & II (BT 165) or Category II (BT 185) hitches.
  • Mechanical or Hydraulic Lifting
Standard mechanical lifting system with optional hydraulic lift kit for cab-controlled operation.
  • Overrunning Clutch
Standard pulley with overrunning clutch protects the drivetrain during deceleration and stops.
