Farm-Maxx DH52020 Disc Harrow (20 Blade, 20")

The Farm-Maxx DH52020 is the largest disc harrow in the DH-500 series — 20 notched blades on 20-inch discs across a 6½-foot working width. Built on a heavy 3×3" tubular steel frame, this harrow is made for serious seedbed prep, food plot work, pasture renovation, and residue incorporation on mid-size tractors from 40 to 60 HP. The bigger 20-inch blades cut deeper and turn more soil per pass than the 18-inch models, and at roughly 1,000 lbs, the DH52020 has the weight to bite into hard ground without needing added ballast.

Features

  • 20 Notched Disc Blades (20" Diameter)
High-carbon steel notched blades at 3.5mm thickness cut aggressively through compacted soil, sod, crop residue, and root mass. The 20" size gives you deeper penetration than 16" or 18" models.
  • 6½-Foot Working Width
Wide enough to cover ground efficiently, compact enough to maneuver through gates and between obstacles on smaller farms and homesteads.
  • 7½" Blade Spacing
Close spacing ensures thorough soil mixing and residue chopping with no untilled strips between blades.
  • Fully Adjustable Slide-Gang System
Front and rear gangs adjust independently via a precision slide system. Set a steep angle for aggressive initial breakup or flatten out for light finishing and leveling — no tools required to change on the fly.
  • 3×3" Heavy-Wall Tubular Steel Frame
The DH-500 series uses larger frame tubing than the DH-400 models for added rigidity and strength under heavy loads and hard ground conditions.
  • Swaged and Forged 1" Axles
One-inch square axle shafts run through the blades with no flex, even in hard-packed or rocky soil. Swaged and forged construction handles repeated impact loads.
  • Sealed Long-Life Ball Bearings
Maintenance-friendly sealed bearings keep dirt and moisture out for extended service life between replacements.
  • Category I/II 3-Point Hitch
Fits both Cat I compact tractors and Cat II utility tractors. Quick-hitch compatible for fast hookup.
  • High-Stress Tubing Gang Arms
Gang hanger arms are built from high-stress tubing specifically engineered to resist twisting under load — a common failure point on lighter harrows.
