Farm-Maxx FL Series flail mowers are purpose-built for sub-compact and compact tractors, making them an excellent choice for small farms, homesteads, orchards, and acreage maintenance. Designed to handle grass, cover crops, garden plots, and light brush, the FL Series delivers clean cutting and reliable mulching in a compact, easy-to-operate package.
These mowers use closely spaced hammer or Y-blades to produce a finer finish and safer operation than traditional rotary cutters—especially around fences, trees, and buildings. Lightweight construction ensures proper balance behind smaller tractors while still providing the durability Farm-Maxx is known for.
Blade Options for Your Application
Choose hammer blades for tougher material and light brush, or Y-blades for grass, cover crops, and general mowing. Both options deliver excellent mulching and consistent results.
Designed for Compact Tractor Power
The FL Series is engineered to match tractors in the 12–40 HP range (model dependent), providing effective cutting performance without overburdening smaller machines. A Category 1 three-point hitch allows quick, simple hookup.
