Available in both open front and closed front configurations, this full-size skid steer brush cutter shares the same proven proprietary direct-drive system found across Loflin's cutter line — no gears, no shear pins, just reliable power to the blades. Available in 60" and 72" cutting widths with low flow and high flow options to match your machine.

Open Front vs. Closed Front

• Open Front
  The front of the cutting deck is open, allowing cut material to discharge forward and giving you better visibility of what's directly ahead of the cutter. A good choice for mowing fields, roadsides, and open areas where you want to see the cutting line and let material flow freely.
• Closed Front
  The front of the deck is enclosed with a steel plate, containing cut material and debris underneath the deck. Better suited for areas where you want to minimize thrown material — near buildings, fences, vehicles, or anywhere flying debris is a concern.

• Proprietary Direct Drive — No Gears, No Shear Pins
  A gearless design means fewer moving parts, less maintenance, and no shear pins to replace. The geroller-style hydraulic motor comes in varying displacements to deliver optimal cutting tip speed for your machine's flow.
• Heavy-Duty One-Piece Construction
  The housing is a single-piece iron casting paired with a one-piece heat-treated forged steel axle — no welds or joints to crack under stress.
• Bi-Directional Forged Steel Blades
  One-piece, fully heat-treated blades cut in both directions of rotation. Uses common rotary cutter blade hardware (bolts and nuts) for easy, affordable replacement.
• Oversized Tapered Roller Bearings
  Two oversized tapered roller bearings are grease-packed to eliminate oil leaks. The lower grease seal is wire-protected for added durability in rough conditions.
• 1/4" Reinforced Steel Deck
  Thick steel deck stands up to impacts from rocks, stumps, and debris.
• Hydraulic Pressure Relief
  Built-in pressure relief in both directions of rotation protects your machine's hydraulic system from damage.
• Fully Enclosed Motor/Drive Assembly
  The entire drive system is sealed inside the housing, keeping dirt, debris, and moisture out.
