Parts support?
No worries whatsoever. Not only do we keep and huge stock of the various rake models but a massive supply of parts at our USA distribution center in eastern North Carolina. We usually ship parts next day via UPS. Larger heavier parts or bundles and crates are shipped via motor freight trucks at very competitive prices.
Rake warranty?
Yes, they have a one year defective parts warranty. Of course this only covers non wear items.
Where are they made?
All Rossi rakes we sell are made in Italy.
About shipping.
They are shipped on wood pallets. Assembly will be required at the farm/ranch.
