• All creditors use when they have no title -->> like with autos and trucks
  nor deed -->> like for real estate to
• RECORD, as legal public notice, of their interest or encumbrance on property items or crops where debt exists.
• The process includes the seller preparing several forms listing equip, seller, purchaser, lender detail info.
• Sending said documents to the purchaser, then on the lender and file receiving agencies -- usually the Secretary of State's UCC department.
• Fees are different in different states and range from $40. To $120.
  Overnight or certified mail cost range from $12. To $35.
• This is a cost of doing business HERE that does not exist when customers do not finance their purchase.
